Ordering Information
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Email confirmations are sent, one email sent after the order has been placed and another confirmation email with tracking numbers once the order has been shipped or ready to be picked up. Orders placed between 12pm Friday through 11:59 pm Sunday EST will be processed within the next two business days.
We offer free farm store pick up if you are local or ship within the contiguous 48 states or find shipping rates here.
Farm Store Pick Up
If you are in the local area, we offer free Farm Store Pick up. At the checkout process there is a Farm Store Pick Up option. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Please wait for your email confirmation notification that the order is ready before picking up. If farm store pick up order is not picked up within 7 days of email confirmation, inventory will be returned back to stock, and refund will be issued if paid by credit card minus the fees for processed order.

Sales Tax
Springborn Gardens collects sales taxes in all states where required. Each state has unique tax regulations, and some states require us to collect sales tax on standard shipping and additional shipping charges. Springborn Gardens does not provide tax advice.
