Shipping Policy

We use US postal service for the majority of our shipments although some orders may be shipped through UPS or FedEx.

We ship within the 48 Contiguous United States.

Orders of 150$ or more will ship with signature required.

We cannot ship to a PO Box; please provide a street address.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sundays, and some holidays.

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Email confirmations are sent, one email sent after the order has been placed and another notification confirmation email for farm store pickup or with shipping notification with tracking numbers provided. Orders placed between 12pm Friday through 11:59 pm Sunday EST will be processed within the next two business days.

Insufficient/Undeliverable Address. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect/insufficient addresses. Incorrectly addressed packages will not be refunded shipping charges. Each customer receives a confirmation email with the shipping information included. Before the package ships, it is the customers' responsibility to confirm that the address is correct. The customer will be responsible for the cost of intercepting a package and/or shipping it to a change of address.

Return & Exchange policy

We take great pride in our products and know quality is important to you. We want you to be happy with our products.  If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact Springborn Gardens by phone or email so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

All of our products are completely natural. Many of our dried natural products are prone to shedding or breaking. Please contact us with pictures if you feel your product is beyond normal variances and we will be happy to review these with you. 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has quality issues, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Photos are helpful in determining issues.  We will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging. 


If you ordered the wrong item, wrong variety, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus 3% payment processing fee and the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days in its original packaging.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return items back in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Credit will not be issued for a product not returned. 

Springborn Gardens reserves the right to not issue a refund for reasons or conditions not mentioned.
